Reason: improvement of end user experience on the platform; change in business direction and interests, removal of user self-promotion content that creates no community benefit, misrepresentation of platform interests, content which promotes interest/lobby groups.

Reason: improve the end user experience and correct errors which either impedes user experience or is unnecessary for mobile web experience.
